Dorothy is looking forward to a white birthday cake with pink frosting, her favorite!
Until recent years, she was able to faithfully attended St. Paul worship, where she was always stylishly dressed in a pink suit, pill box hat and high heels.
This week marks an amazing milestone! Dorothy Albert is the daughter of Carl and Laura Falk. She was born in Russia along the Volga River. As you may have read in the History of St. Paul, the Falk family were charter members of St. Paul in 1917.

What would it have been like to be born in 1909? Here is a webpage that shares photographs of Russia during that time. Here is a webpage that shows the villages along the Volga River.
